Обектът е обявен за публична продан Мол „Бургас Плаза“ излиза на търг. Частният съдебен изпълнител Делян Николов е обявил за публична продан почти цялото недвижимо имущество на търговския център, съобщава Gramofona.com. Предмет на продажбата са 91 самостоятелни обекта в мола ведно с 62.74% идеални части от общите части на сградата и 611 места от паркинга, находящ се на покрива на хипермаркета. Причината за търга е наложена възбрана по дело за дългове. Изключение прави само един самостоятелен обект в търговския център с площ 12 611.88 кв.м, върху който възбраната по делото не се разпростира и не го обхваща. Определената начална цена на търга е 24 599 328,40 лв. Срокът за подаване на наддавателни предложения е от 30 октомври до същата дата на ноември тази година в Районен съд – Бургас. От обявлението на съдебния изпълнител става ясно, че недвижимото имущество на мола има ипотека и особен залог в полза на „Юробанка България“ в качеството ѝ на универсален правоприемник на „Банка Пиреус“. Търговският център в бургаския комплекс „Изгрев“ е първият мол в града и региона. Той отвори врати през април 2009 г. и в началото се радваше на голям посетителски интерес. Упадъкът му започна няколко години по-късно, когато най-големият търговски обект в него – хранителният хипермаркет Carrefour, беше закрит. Същевременно откриването и на мола в жк „Славейков“ също оказа своето влияние, като много от клиентите се насочиха натам.
