Това предвижда проект на закон за посредническите услуги при сделки с недвижими имоти, който е внесен в парламента от депутати от “Възраждане”. Брокерите на имоти да бъдат разделени на две категории – посредници и агенти, предвижда проектът. Като голяма власт да бъде дадена в ръцете на Камара на посредниците, предлагат депутатите. За да упражнява един човек професията посредник или агент на недвижими имоти, има три варианта, предвижда проектът. Това са: да има Свидетелство да придобиване на трета квалификационна степен по специалност “Посредник на недвижими имоти” до влизането на закона в сила, да получи тапия за професионална квалификация от Камара на посредниците, или да има висше образование по специалност “недвижими имоти” или икономическо, юридическо, архитектурно или инженерно-строително висше образование. Но идеята е Камарата на посредниците да посочва точно кои специалности ще признава, а останалите висшисти ще трябва да вземат от нея тапия за посредник. За да стане човек посредник на имоти и да може да подписва консултантски договори, първо трябва да има и няколко години стаж като агент, предвижда проектът.
