Тя работи на доста по-различен принцип. Всяко устройство се използва като мини сеизмологична станция. Телефонът ви трябва да е с включена локация, за да получите подобно съобщение”, изтъкна Лукарев. „Процесът по пускане на съобщения е ръчен (б.а. при BG ALERT) и се случва на няколко етапа – изготвя се от един човек, а се потвърждава от друг. Няма да има автоматизирано пускане“, обясни той. Във вторник започнаха официалните тестове на системата. По обед живеещите в района на Габрово получиха тестови съобщения за възможна опасност. „Всичко мина по план. В момента от фирмата изпълнител и мобилните оператори анализират резултатите от теста”, поясни експертът от ГДПБЗН. BG ALERT ще дава възможност да се пишат съобщения със съдържание от дължина около 600 символа. Тестовете ще продължат до края на месеца, а в началото на следващата година трябва да бъде готова и нормативната уредба за ползването на системата.
