Победи Емил Огледалов  Николай Пандазиев, кандидат на ССД е новият кмет на несебърското село Баня, показват данните от паралелното преброяване на един от щабовете. Вотът си за Пандазиев се дали 59 човека срещу 53 за Емил Огледалов от ПП МОРЕ, който управлява населеното място в последните 4 години. В същото време започнаха да постъпват протоколите за избор на общински кмет в Несебър. Иван Дашев и Николай Димитров на практика са изравнени и още е твърде рано, за да се прогнозира кой ще надделее.
