На 60 кв. м не може да са регистрирани повече от 8 човека Избиратели да бъдат дерегистрирани, ако на един адрес са записани над двойно повече хора от нормално живеещите там. Това предвижда Законът за гражданската регистрация, припомни министърът на регионалното развитие Андрей Цеков. Той обяви, че внася доклад за “демографски аномалии” в 343 населени места в правителството. Тези аномалии означават твърде много новорегистрирани за изборите, което може да изкриви вота, коментира министърът, цитиран от Труд. След доклада, в който са резултатите от проверките на временните регистрации, за които срокът изтече на 16 октомври, на ход са областните управители и кметовете на общините. По закон след писмен сигнал те трябва да съставят комисии, които в 3-дневен срок да установят дали тези регистрации са законосъобразни. Цеков обясни, че пак според закона на един адрес не може да бъдат регистрирани над два пъти повече хора, отколкото нормално живеят. Ако се установят случаи с много регистрации на един адрес, то следва дерегистриране и изваждане на тези хора от избирателните списъци. Законът предвижда не по-малко от 15 кв м жилищна площ на едно лице. Ако жилището на даден адрес е 60 кв м, това означава, че там не могат да бъдат регистрирани повече от 8 души. В момента на много места има по 50-100 човека регистрирани на един адрес. Министърът каза още, че след като докладът е внесен в правителството, би трябвало областните управители и общинските кметовете да се смятат за сезирани. Ако това не е така, то министерството ще им изпрати доклада. Над 20 хиляди македонци с български паспорти са регистрирани в Благоевград, Петрич и Сандански. Реално те не живеят в района, но изкривяват статистиката, избирателните списъци. По данни на НСИ от последното преброяване населението на региона е 292 227. Пълнолетни са 260 хил. души, а по избирателните списъци имащите право на глас са 315 522. Сметките показват, че гласоподавателите са повече с 23 325 души от населението. Най-фрапантен е случаят от благоевградското село Бело поле. Там са регистрирани около 11 хиляди македонци с право на глас. А иначе постоянно живущите са 650 души. До преди година македонци се водеха на адрес на трафопост в село Бело поле. Хиляди има регистрирани и в съседното село Рилци.
