Авиокомпанията Wizz Air трябва до петък да представи на ГД „Гражданска въздухоплавателна администрация“ План за действие с превантивни мерки срещу закъсненията и отмяната на полети. По отношение на необработените над 200 жалби на пътници, представителите на авиокомпанията поеха ангажимент до 3 седмици да разгледат всички тях. По думите им грешка в информационната система е причината оплакванията да не са получени и съответно обработени. Още този месец двете страни ще започнат редовни срещи, с цел навременен обмен на информация, както и да разгледат предложените в Плана коригиращи мерки за справяне със ситуацията. Срещата е в продължение на започнатите разговори през миналата седмица в Министерството на туризма, които са сигнализирани от туристическия бранш за зачестяване на случаите с отменени и закъснели полети.
