From my understanding, the 2022 FIFA World Cup is scheduled to take place in Qatar. The Great Leap Forward was an economic and social campaign initiated by the Chinese Communist Party in 1958. The goal of the campaign was to transform China from an agrarian economy into a modern communist society through rapid industrialization and collectivization of agriculture.
