ВАС решава за машините: Ще отменят ли съдиите решението на ЦИК?

Върховният административен съд разглежда делото срещу решението на ЦИК за отмяната на машините за гласуване. Откритото съдебно заседание започна в 14:30 часа.
След заседание, което продължи по-малко от час, съдиите се оттеглиха, за да вземат решение. Хипотезите са две – съдиите да решат, че ЦИК е действала правомерно. Тогава и на втория тур ще можем да гласуваме само на хартия. Ако обаче ВАС реши, че ЦИК е нарушила закона, тогава машините се връщат още на 5 ноември, а Централната избирателна комисия ще трябва да се съобрази с решението на съда.
Общо 12 жалби са постъпили в събота по електронен път от ЦИК във ВАС. Съгласно Изборния кодекс те трябва да бъдат разгледани и по тях да има съдебно произнасяне в тридневен срок от постъпването им. Подадени са жалби от ПП-ДБ, ПП „Единение“, от кандидата за кмет и кандидат за общински съветник на Община Шумен Неделчо Неделчев, от кандидата за общински съветник за Столична община Петър Славов, както и от шест физически лица в качеството им на избиратели.
