Тримата задържани за побоя над кандидата за кмет на созополското село Зидарово Христо Бардуков остават в ареста.
Днес Районният съд в Бургас гледа мярката им за неотклонение. Задържаните са Асен Славков на 48 години, Иван Киров на 24 години и Цонко Пеев на 26 години.
Според прокуратурата за това престъпление законодателят е предвидил лишаване от свобода от 3 години. Обвиненията са работни, не окончателни. Предстои да се направи съдебно медицинска експертиза, за да се определи степента на телесната повреда.
„Пострадалият е кандидат за кмет в предизборна кампания. Той е следен. Взето е добре обмислено решение за извършване на престъплението.“, подчертаха от държавното обвинение.
„Голяма част от свидетелите са от кръга на поръчителя и извършителите при по-лека мярка могат да им въздействат. Налице е опасност да извършат ново престъпление.“, посочи прокурорът.
Защитата на Пеев подчерта безупречното му процесуално поведение. От началото признал, което е помогнало на органите на следствието, а и бил с чисто съдебно минало.
И тримата поискаха по-лека мярка за неотклонение.
Докато траеше съдебното заседание, пред Съдебната палата в Бургас беше потърпевшият Христо Бардуков. „Искам да им задам само един въпрос – Какво значи за тях човешкият живот и колко струва той?“, обяви Бардуков.
