Часове преди местния вот вече е ясен точният брой на секциите, където ще има машина. По данни на Министерството на електронното управление те са точно 9 082. В над 11 680 секции пък ще има мобилни телефони, които ще излъчват на живо броенето.
Равносметката от предишния вот е, че заснемането е било успешно. Сега съществени разлики няма да има, обещават от ЦИК. Всяка секция ще получи телефон, заедно с изборните книжа и машините. Освен него, в пакета има и статив, и код за стартиране на излъчването.
След включването на телефона и поставянето му на статива, следва сканирането. Програмата се отваря автоматично. Бюлетината не трябва да се показва пред камерата. Нея трябва да виждат само членовете от СИК, обясни зам.-председателят на ЦИК Росица Матева. Членът на секционната комисия трябва да изговаря отбелязаното на бюлетината. Липсата на интернет на някои места няма да представлява проблем, тъй като записите се извличат и се качват на сайт след вота.
