Той бе избран след конкурс миналия месец в рамките на Министерството на енергетиката (МЕ), а името му е Бойко Ницов. Последният трябва да заеме мястото на Красимир Първанов, който през 2017 г. пък замени Румен Овчаров като представител на държавата в компанията. Ницов бе избран на 18 септември, но към момента все още не е заел позицията в дружеството – собственик на нефтената рафинерия в Бургас, показва справка в Търговския регистър. Процедурата по смяна на представителя на държавата в Надзорния съвет на „Лукойл Нефтохим Бургас“ АД изисква свикване и провеждане на извънредно Общо събрание на акционерите, което да гласува решение за изменение в състава на Надзорния съвет, поясниха от МЕ след запитване на „Флагман“. За свикване на такова събрание се изпраща писмо до председателя на Управителния съвет на „Лукойл Нефтохим Бургас“ АД, след което Управителният съвет следва да свика и да определи дата за провеждане на Общото събрание. Поканата за свикване на Общо събрание на акционерите се публикува в Търговския регистър. Съгласно чл. 223, ал. 5 от Търговския закон, времето от обявяването в търговския регистър до откриването на Общото събрание не може да бъде по-малко от 30 дни. От поканата, публикувана в ТР, е видно, че е предвидено Общото събрание да се проведе на 27 октомври 2023 г. с дневен ред – „Изменение в състава на Надзорния съвет на „ЛУКОЙЛ Нефтохим Бургас“ АД“, посочват още от МЕ. Справка на „Флагман“ потвърди това, като събранието в петък трябва да започне в 11 ч. При липса на кворум то ще се отложи за 15 ноември. Държавата получи акция Клас А, наречена „Държавна акция с особени права №1“ (т.нар. златна акция) след приватизацията на нефтозавода през 1999 г. Бойко Ницов е доктор по икономика и е асоцииран старши сътрудник в сдружението Център за изследване на демокрацията.
