КЗК се обяви против по-ниските цени на хранителни стоки от първа необходимост. Антимонополният регулатор спира инициативата на Министерството на икономиката “Достъпно за вас”, , съобщиха от Министреството на икономиката и индустрията.
След проведени срещи с представители на хранителните вериги на национално и регионално ниво Министерството на икономиката и индустрията постигна принципно съгласие за включване в инициативата “Достъпно за вас” на представителите на търговските вериги в страната.
Инициативата цели българските потребители да получат около 50 продукта от малката потребителска кошница на възможно най-добрата цена в цялата търговска мрежа у нас. Тя е на принципа на доброволното партньорство в синхрон между държавата и бизнеса. В процеса на разговори постъпиха и множество запитвания за включване в инициативата и от нехранителни вериги, както и на представители на аптечни вериги.
Въпреки, че инициативата не задължава участниците в нея да поддържат определени цени, а напротив стимулира конкуренцията между тях в определени хранителни групи, беше поискано и становище от Комисията за защита на конкуренцията (КЗК).
От полученото становище в министерството става ясно, че “включването в инициативата на търговци на дребно на хранителни стоки е свързано с предлагане на храни на занижена цена, което ще доведе до ограничаване на ценовата конкуренция между тези търговци”. КЗК посочва още, че “стартираната от Министерството на икономиката инициатива е свързана с координирано и едновременно занижаване на цените на няколко групи хранителни стоки, с което се нарушава принципа на свободната стопанска инициатива, заложен в Конституцията на Република България”.
Според КЗК възможна мярка за справяне с ръста на цените би била “предоставяне на индивидуални пакети хранителни продукти и осигуряване на топъл обяд”.
“Министерството на икономиката няма да се откаже да търси решения, чрез пазарни механизми в пълно съответствие на закона, за да могат българските граждани да получат продукти на възможно най-добрата цена в цялата търговска мрежа у нас”, коментира министър Богданов.
