Областната дирекция по безопасност на храните (ОДБХ)-Пловдив спря дейността на незаконни производствен обект за колбаси и магазин в град Раковски при съвместна акция с полицията и НАП, съобщиха от Агенцията.
При внезапна проверка е установено, че в частен имот са обособени помещения с хладилни камери за производство на месни продукти от червени меса.
В хладилните камери и пред тях са намерени замразено телешко месо, замразена сланина, охладени кебапчета, охладено мляно месо, охладени кюфтета, наденица в обвивка, колбас в обвивка, буркани с варено свинско месо, в общо количество 648 кг и подправки в общо количество 26,5 кг.
Храните са без етикети, без идентификационна маркировка и без документи за произход.
Обектът не е регистриран, съгласно Закона за храните.
За установените нарушения на собственика са връчени разпореждане за спиране на цялата дейност, разпореждане за забрана, разпореждане за насочване за унищожаване на храните, налични в обекта, както и покана за съставяне на акт за установяване на административно нарушение.
