Общият размер на средствата за изпълнение на Програмата е в размер на 5 000 000 лв., финансирани от държавния бюджет, посредством бюджета на Министерството на туризма. Бюджетът на един проект не може да надхвърля 400 000 лева. Финансовата помощ, която се отпуска по Програмата, е 60% от общия размер на бюджета на проекта. Останалите 40% от финансирането за изпълнение на проекта, следва да бъдат осигурени под формата на собствено съфинансиране от бенефициента. Основна целева група потенциални бенефициенти са: структурите на местната администрация от целевия район и туроператори, които използват въздушни превозвачи с валиден оперативен лиценз за изпълнение на чартърни полети до Република България с цел туризъм или на въздушни превозвачи. Допустими по настоящата процедура за подбор на проекти са само кандидати, които са регистрирани преди 01.01.2023 г. и са осъществявали стопанска дейност през 2021 г. и 2022 г. В случай че кандидат е подал Декларация за предприятие с приходи и разходи под 500 лева или без дейност за 2021 г. и/или 2022 г. към НСИ, същият ще се счита за недопустим по процедурата. По програмата са допустими партньори юридически лица, които са оператори на граждански летища за обществено ползване в Република България.
