Преди година същият кораб престоя близо половин година в украинското пристанище Черногорск отново във време на война “Ето чувате около корабите се гърми, гърмят, снимам. Докога ще бъдат тези изстрели, никой не знае. Само се молим да не падне върху кораба някоя ракета”, това коментира един от моряците на българския кораб “Рожен”, който в момента се намира на израелското пристанище Ашдод. “Рожен” ще напусне Израел най-рано след седмица. Според изпълнителния директор на Параходство “Български морски флот” к.д.п. Александър Калчев до този момент нито един моряк от екипажа не е заявил, че иска да бъде евакуиран. Калчев отново подчерта, че за екипажа и за плавателния съд риск няма, тъй като пристанищните власти в Ашдод не са повишили нивото на опасност и то остава най-ниската степен – първа. На борда на кораба “Рожен” има 14 български и петима украински моряци. Във видеоклип един от тях твърди, че нивото на опасност на другите кораби, които са в пристанище “Ашдод”, е трето, а само нашият е на първо. От БМФ обясниха за Фламан.бг, че нивото на опасност на корабите се определя от това на пристанището и се преценява от местните власти. В случая – първо ниво, което означава, че опасността е малка. Корабът “Рожен” трябваше да отплава вчера, но разтоварването се е забавило поради лошите метеорологични условия. Изпълнителният директор на БМФ капитан Александър Калчев, заяви, че постоянно получава информация от местните пристанищни власти, от капитана и агента на кораба и само нея смята за достоверна. “Това, което виждам на клипа, е наистина очевидно ракетна атака, но е далеч от пристанището. Пристанището е защитено от железен купол, знаете какви са възможностите му. Смятам, че няма абсолютно никакъв риск”, каза к.д.п Александър Калчев. “Това, че израелските власти са определили ниска степен на опасност дава надежда, че няма сериозни опасности. И близките на екипажа не трябва да се безпокоят”, коментира адвокатът по морско право Христо Раев. В договора на всеки един моряк е предвидена възможност да поиска евакуация, ако се чувства застрашен, обясни капитан Калчев. А независимо от нивото на опасност, всеки от екипажа на “Рожен” ще получи допълнително плащане за военен риск. Моряците са инструктирани за действия в случай на сигнал за опасност, каза още Калчев. А според адвоката по морско право Христо Раев екипажът на “Рожен” не трябва да напуска кораба. Корабът “Рожен” се очаква да отплава от пристанище Ашдод в края на седмицата, когато приключи разтоварването му.
