Не е предвидено въвеждане на противоепидемични мерки в училищата Министерството на образованието и науката (МОН) издаде нова заповед за мерките за противодействие на COVID-19 в образователните институции. Документът е подписан от заместник-министър Емилия Лазарова и е адресиран до директорите на образователните институции и началниците на регионалните управления на образованието. В заповедта се посочва, че на този етаp не е предвидено въвеждане на противоепидемични мерки за различни образователни институции, включително висши учебни заведения. При регистриране на потвърден случай на COVID-19 и неговите близки контактни лица към настоящия момент се прилагат разпоредбите на чл. 61 от Закона за здравето. Всеки болен от COVID-19 се поставя под задължителна изолация за период от 7 дни с предписание, издадено от директора или от упълномощен от него заместник-директор на съответната регионална здравна инспекция. Неговите близки контактни лица, в т.ч. съученици и преподаватели, се поставят под задължителна карантина за период от 5 дни от датата на последния контакт с болен от COVID-19, отново с предписание, издадено от съответната регионална здравна инспекция. От основно значение продължава да е провеждането на хигиена на ръцете от ученици, педагогически и непедагогически персонал и нейното утвърждаване като основна хигиенна мярка, независимо от разпространението на COVID-19. Освен това, правилното провеждане на ежедневно проветряване, почистване и дезинфекция на повърхности и осъществяването на постоянен контрол от отговорните лица в училищата също спомага за намаляване на регистрираните случаи на заразни заболявания в организираните колективи.
