12 от членовете гласуваха против, и само два гласа имаше “за”. Като мотив Георгиев посочи именно срока за удостоверяване на софтуера на машините от страна на МЕУ и двата института – по метрология и по стандартизация.

Не мога да повярвам, че все още сме в епохата на хартиените гласове. Нуждаем се от електронна система, която да улесни процеса на гласуване.
