Задържаха мъж, обвинен в побой над 5-годишния му доведен син в Разградско. Момченцето е настанено в болница, съобщиха от полицията.
Служител от дирекция „Социално подпомагане“ – Самуил е поискал съдействие от униформените за извеждане на детето от дома му в село Хърсово. При направената на 21 октомври проверка е установено, че на момченцето са нанасяни удари в главата и тялото. Заподозрян е 48-годишният му пастрок.
На 31-годишната майка са разяснени правата по Закона за защита от домашно насилие и е съставен протокол. По случая се води разследване.
Административният ръководител на Окръжна прокуратура – Разград е разпоредил незабавното образуване на досъдебно производство за причинена телесна повреда в условията на упражнено домашно насилие над дете. Изяснява се съпричастността към деянието на 48-годишния мъж, живеещ на семейни начала с майката на малолетната жертва.
Предстоят разпити на свидетели, назначена е съдебно – медицинска експертиза. Работата по разследването се ръководи и наблюдава от Районна прокуратура – Разград.
