“Окончателните избирателни списъци вече са отпечатани от ГРАО, а ЦИК няма отношение по този въпрос”, каза Росица Матева от ЦИК относно проверката, иницийрана от правителството на адресите, на които са регистрирани повече избиратели наведнъж. От ЦИК разбрали за проверката от медиите.
По закон, 6 месеца преди изборите, кметовете на общините трябва да проверят всички нови адресни регистрации, направени през последната една година. Тези проверки трябва да приключат 3 месеца преди изборния ден.
“Инсталирането на машините вече започна. В петък устройствата ще потеглят към секциите в страната. Хартиените бюлетини вече са в областните администрации. Към момента са заявени 12 238 изборни секции. 407 са подвижните секционни избирателни комисии – предимно в болнични заведения и в места за задържане. Регистрирани са 15 организации с наблюдатели и 4 социологически агенции”, каза още Матева.
Предизборната кампания приключва в петък в полунощ.
Изборният ден – на 29 октомври, ще започне в 7 часа сутринта и ще продължи до 20 часа. Може да бъде удължен до 21 часа, ако пред някои избирателни секции има още чакащи за гласуване. След това ще започне преброяването на бюлетините.
