С открит урок за съдебната власт, нейните функции и процеси, бе открита съдебната учебна година, която за пореден път ще провеждат съвместно Окръжен съд – Бургас и Районен съд – Бургас. Двете съдебни институции ще изнасят открити уроци по право пред ученици от бургаските училища в рамките на образователната програма „Съдебната власт – информиран избор и гражданско доверие. Отворени съдилища и прокуратури“. Районен съд – Бургас инициира участие на съдии в упражненията на студенти по специалност „Право“ на Бургаски свободен университет, с които ще решават практически казуси от съдебната практика в областта на „Наказателното право и процес“, „Криминалистиката“, „Вещното и облигационно право“, „Търговското право“, „Семейно и наследствено право“ и „Граждански процес“.
Окръжният съдия Радослава Маждракова изнесе първата лекция пред осмокласниците от паралелките с профили „Съдебна администрация“ и „Криминалистика и криминология“ на СУ „Йордан Йовков“. Лекторът представи на младите хора видовете съдилища в Република България и тяхната подсъдност. Учениците имаха възможност да се запознаят с етапите на образуване на едно наказателно дело, навлизането му в съдебна фаза с разпит на свидетели, назначаване на експертизи, събирането на доказателства, установяването на фактическата обстановка на деянието. Съдия Маждракова разказа за възможностите в наказателното право за сключване на Споразумение, провеждането на Съкратено съдебно следствие.
Учениците получиха като подарък книжка – Конституцията на Република България и информационна брошура за най-често задаваните правни въпроси, като трафика на хора и методите в набирането на жертви, „експлоатацията“, проблемния въпрос с притежанието на наркотици и др.
