Минимален пакет хранителни продукти на приемливи цени – това предлага правителството с инициативата “Достъпно за вас”. Стоките са от 9 продуктови групи. Става дума за около 50 продукта, които влизат в малката потребителска кошница. Инициативата ще стартира от 1 ноември и ще продължи до 31 май. Продуктите ще са обозначени със специален символ – кошничка.
Това стана ясно от думите на министърът на икономиката Богдан Богданов пред bTV.
“Въпреки че през последните месеци виждаме, че инфлацията продължава да намалява, а доходите растат, имаме ясното разбиране, че една съществена част от обществото изпитва затруднения и затова предприехме мерки. Едната възможност беше с определени законодателни промени да има определени лимити. Тя все още не е напълно отхвърлена. Спряхме се на друг подход – тази инициатива, този път заедно с бизнеса. Това, което правим, е един пакет от 9 продуктови групи, които да обхванат всички необходими съставки за здравословен начин на живот”, обясни министър Богданов.
Той определи разговорите с бизнеса като нелеки, но вече има вериги, които са се съгласили. Целта е в инициативата да се включат и по-малки, регионални вериги, а продуктите да не са само хранителни.
“До голяма степен диалогът е бил сравнително затруднен до момента. В тази верига на доставки има няколко различни аргумента – от това дали веригите правят свръхпечалби, дали проблемът е в дистрибуторите, или производителите. Обръщаме внимание на потребителите. Базираме се и на принципи. Досега разговорите са положителни и голяма част от веригите приветстват усилията ни”, коментира министърът.
“Те ще могат да предлагат по 2-3 продукта от тези продуктови групи като всяка седмица ще избират и ще предлагат на възможно най-добрата цена. Има важен аспект – тези продукти ще бъдат обозначени с определен символ – кошничка. Тези продукти ще са включени на седмична база в брошурите, ще може да види символа в магазина, а ще има и допълнителна нова страница на сайта на министерството на икономиката, където ще има допълнителна информация”, обясни още Богданов.
Той увери, че участниците в инициативата няма да бъдат ограничени да предложат и други продукти, няма да има и таван на надценката или цената.
“Казваме така: Ако вие искате пазара да се развива на база на конкуренция, нека това да е базата на конкуренцията. Това усилие не трябва да е за сметка на един или друг участник по веригата – всеки ще трябва да поеме ангажимент, че няма да ощетява другите участници във веригата на доставката”, обясни още Богданов.
В отговор на въпрос дали ще се следи какво попада в тези потребителски кошници, има ли продукти с изтекъл срок на годност или заместващи продукти с по-ниско качество, Богданов заяви – има Комисия за защита на потребителите, която си върши работата по две направления и следи за стандартните параметри на продуктите, спекулация от участниците.
