Коментарът му е по повод критиките, които държавният глава отправи към изпълнителната власт заради решението за въвеждане на транзитни такси на руски газ през страната ни за Унгария и Сърбия.
„Винаги съм казвал, че институциите трябва да работят заедно. От другата страна не виждаме никакъв позитивен подход в това отношение“, посочи той.
„Това, което правим, го правим в полза на българските граждани, на българската икономика и на националната сигурност на България. Имаме съответните аргументи. По отношение на тази такса аз представих аргументите вчера, но ако трябва пак ще ги повторя. Ясно е, че тази дискусия ще продължи. Документите са изпратени на Европейската комисия. На въпрос от журналисти застрашен ли е „Булгартрансгаз“ от фалит, тъй като решението ще доведе до неговата декапитализация, Денков отговори, че подобна версия няма основания. „Нека да влезем в технологията, когато проведем първите разговори с представители на Европейската комисия, Унгария и Сърбия. Предстои Европейски съвет, на който аз ще имам възможност да говоря с тях. Нашата теза е, че това задължение е по отношение на „Газпром“, а не по отношение на тези държави или пък на „Булгартрансгаз“, посочи още министър-председателят.
Денков обяви, че таксата е изискуема от момента на влизане на решението в действие, а реализирането ѝ изисква разпределение на задълженията между участниците в процеса. „Това е процес, който ще бъде изчистен и реализиран по начин, по който няма да застраши българските институции“, увери той.
По повод на съвместната декларация между Унгария и Сърбия, с която те се обявяват срещу решението, премиерът увери, че с него се защитава българският интерес. „Това са приходи, които могат да влязат в бюджета. От друга страна има доста добра възможност по този начин да се създаде истинска конкуренция, така че тръбният газ да се конкурира с течния газ, от което би спечелила цяла Европа“, смята той.
България въведе в петък, 13 октомври, енергийна такса върху преноса и транзита на руски природен газ през нейна територия, съобщиха от Министерството на финансите. Тя е в размер на 20 лв./мВтч.
