Разбита е организирана престъпна група, която е изнасяла стоки с двойна употреба към Русия, в разрез с наложените икономически санкции. Това съобщиха на брифинг представители на Окръжната прокуратура в Пловдив, ДАНС и МВР.
„Задържани са всички 12-има членове на престъпната група. Петима от тях са чужденци – трима руснаци, един албанец и един гражданин на Беларус“, съобщи главният секретар на МВР Живко Коцев.
Арестът на петима от задържаните е извършен на летище София. С обвинения са се сдобили също петима арестувани при акцията, която се е провела в понеделник.
Един от организаторите е създал търговско дружество в Пловдив. То закупувало стоки с двойна употреба на обща стойност 4 млн. лева – оптични прицели, балистични измерватели, авиационни радиостанции и др. Тези стоки били преопаковани и подготвяни за износ към Русия, където са използвани за войната в Украйна, предназначени са за специални военни части като ЧВК „Вагнер“, а не за редовната руска армия.
Председателят на Държавна агенция „Национална сигурност“ Пламен Тончев заяви, че групата е оперирала и на територията на Великобритания, Швейцария, Сърбия, Сингапур, ОАЕ и др. По думите на Тончев изнасяните стоки са били използвани за военните действия в Украйна.
